Using the Tagihan Air app is incredibly easy. All you need to do is select the district or city where you reside, enter your customer number from the previous month's bill, and tap the "Check Bill" button. It's that simple.
Currently, the Tagihan Air app doesn't cover all districts and cities in Indonesia. However, it does support several areas, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung, and many more.
